  • simulated altitude settings, including target altitude, oxygen concentration, room or tent settings, session duration, system status, and usage history;

  • environmental and system data, including oxygen sensor readings, generator status, system alerts, equipment logs, airflow, room or tent performance, and operational data;

  • health, wellness, sleep, training, recovery, or acclimatisation information that you manually enter into the app;

  • physiological information that you choose to provide, connect, or sync with the app, such as heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, sleep data, breathing-related data, perceived exertion, symptoms, fatigue, or other wellness indicators;

  • account and profile information required to operate the app and connect your Box Altitude system;

  • device and technical information, including device identifiers, app usage data, diagnostics, crash logs, IP address, operating system, browser or device type, and network connection information.

We only collect this information where it is reasonably necessary to provide the app, connected product functionality, customer support, system safety, product improvement, or the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

The Box Altitude app and connected systems are designed for simulated altitude, sleep, training, recovery, acclimatisation, and wellness support. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information provided through the app should not be treated as medical advice.

Marketing and Advertising

We use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising, and promotional communications by email, text message, or postal mail, and to show you online advertisements for products or services on the Services or other websites, including based on items you previously purchased or added to your cart and other activity on the Services.

We do not use health, wellness, sleep, training, recovery, physiological, or altitude-system data for advertising purposes.

Where available, you may also request account deletion through the app or any account deletion process provided by Box Altitude.
